1. Safety. It adopts vertical blades and triangular double-support design, with main stress points concentrated on the hub, which effectively prevents blade falling, fracture and flying off.
2. Low Noise. Designed with horizontal rotation and aircraft wing principle for blades, the noise is reduced to an undetectable level in natural environment.
3. Strong Wind Resistance. The horizontal rotation and triangular double-support structure lowers wind pressure, enabling the unit to withstand super typhoons with wind speed up to 35 meters per second.
4. Small Rotation Radius. Thanks to its unique structure and operating principle, it has a smaller rotation radius than conventional wind turbines, saving space and improving efficiency.
5. Excellent Power Generation Curve. It features lower cut-in wind speed and steady power output growth. Within the wind speed range of 5~8 m/s, its power generation is 10%~30% higher than other types of wind turbines.
6. Wide Applicable Wind Speed Range. Adopting special control technology, its operating wind speed ranges from 2.5 to 25 m/s. It maximizes wind energy utilization, increases total power output and improves economic benefits.
7. Reliable Braking System. The blades are equipped with rotational speed protection. Both manual mechanical brake and automatic electronic brake are available. Manual brake is sufficient for areas without typhoons and strong gusts.
8. Easy Operation & Maintenance. It is equipped with a direct-drive permanent magnet generator, requiring no gearbox or yaw mechanism. Only annual inspection on connections of moving parts is needed.
